Alexandre Corda, Managing Director at Optimist Consulting, has over eight years of experience in digital marketing, specializing in global social media and impactful 360-degree campaigns for luxury and lifestyle brands. Alex is responsible for launching top brands on social media, including Marc Jacobs Fragrances, Buccellati, Brookfield Place New York, Maurice Lacroix, Melissa McCarthy Seven7 and notable real estate developments like 53W53 (Jean Nouvel) and 45 East 22nd St (Kohn Pedersen Fox). Prior to Optimist, he served as digital director at the Promotion Factory, digital specialist at Digital Luxury Group in Geneva and was a community manager at Havas Media in London. Alex studied at EMLyon business school in France, graduating with an MSc in management. He wrote his master’s dissertation on the luxury industry and social media at a time when both were just beginning to converge.
